The International Remote Viewing Association is pleased to announce their 2011 Conference. The Conference will be held June 17th-19th at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Green Valley Ranch is a five start resort, located only minutes away from McCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.

William (Bill) Ray
The International Remote Viewing Association is pleased to announce that William (Bill) Ray will be the Master of Ceremonies at the 2011 IRVA Conference. Bill served with the Stargate Project from January 1984 until June 1987, and as the Project Commander from September 1985 until his departure. He was trained in CRV by Ingo Swann. He has 47 years with the US Army and has been an Intelligence Officer, NCO, and Civilian for over 38 years, including over twenty years in Europe and four tours in the mid-east. View More »
